I am a former Marine Corps infantry officer with 25+ years in the healthcare industry across many sectors, including insurance, diagnostics, laboratory medicine, pathology, medical devices (including spine, biologics, craniofaxillofacial, and emergency/combat medicine devices), wound care, behavioral health, consulting, and physician leadership. I have significant experience in sales, marketing, communications, operations, strategy, and team development both domestically and internationally. I have served in companies of all sizes and types, including publicly held Fortune 100, venture capital-backed, private equity-owned, and private organizations in operational, executive, and board leadership roles.

With deep experience as a leader, entrepreneur, mentor, and coach, and certification in private company governance, ESOP essentials, and PE portfolio company governance by the Private Directors Association (PDA), I bring a deep understanding of leadership, governance, strategy, operations, risk management, communication, and entrepreneurial dynamics to every coaching engagement. I also have extensive experience in resume and interview preparation having professionally completed more than more than 7K resume reviews on the Indeed platform.

I am also an entrepreneur and currently serve as the Founder and CEO of HDO Health. At HDO Health, we have served as a SkillBridge partner company for the past several years and have helped 10+ veterans achieve their career transition goals during their internship. I have also completed multiple veteran-focused entrepreneurship programs, including Bunker Labs, Warrior Rising (Vet-2-CEO), the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN) Vector Program, VC Lab, Cana Global, Faith Driven Entrepreneurs, and the Y Combinator Startup School. I also coach and write professionally as the Founder and Principal at The Leadership Seed. One of my life passions is serving others who have served. I have served as a mentor to hundreds of transitioning veterans and spouses on platforms including the original Veterati, MedTech Vets, The Honor Foundation, American Corporate Partners, and Ardent.
