Brian later advanced to Military Hiring Accelerator, where he built a thriving DoD SkillBridge program, successfully mentoring over 30 transitioning service members, all of whom gained employment post-internship. Subsequently, as Director of Community Relations at RapidAscent, he engineered partnerships and guided hundreds through a rigorous cybersecurity certification program, with all graduates securing employment after the 17-week training.

Brian's academic achievements include two associate degrees, a Bachelor’s, a graduate certificate in Homeland Security, a Master’s in Management, and significant progress toward dual master’s degrees in Entrepreneurship and an MBA at Syracuse University. Known as a leading mentor, Brian accumulated over 370 hours on VETERATI, ranking in the Top 10 VETERATI Rockstars. Now that VETERATI has shut down, he continues his commitment to mentorship through VETS2INDUSTRY, guiding on topics from military career development and nonprofit building to SkillBridge programs, consulting, and recruitment connections across industries.
